Media Release and Usage Authorization
Why We Ask for Permission

Pro-TechT is a small, locally owned business, and one of the best ways we grow is by sharing real examples of our work. We’re proud of what we build, and showcasing completed projects helps future customers understand what’s possible and the level of care we bring to every job.
Just as importantly, your privacy matters to us. Our goal is to highlight the technology, craftsmanship, and final results—not the people who live or work in the space. We take care to avoid sharing personal details and are always happy to address questions or concerns.
Allowing us to use project photos helps support a small business, helps us attract the right projects, and allows us to continue doing work we’re proud of. We truly appreciate the trust.
Media Release and Usage Authorization
The customer grants Pro-TechT permission to photograph and/or record images and video of the completed project for documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes. This may include use on Pro-TechT’s website, social media platforms, marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and other promotional or educational content.
Residential Projects
For residential projects, Pro-TechT agrees to make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing or publishing personally identifiable information, including but not limited to customer names, addresses, family photographs, artwork, or personal belongings.
No Faces / No People Clause:
Pro-TechT will not intentionally capture or publish images containing identifiable individuals, including homeowners, family members, children, or guests. If any people, reflections, family photos, or personal likenesses are inadvertently captured, such content will be removed, obscured, cropped, or edited prior to public use. No images of individuals or personal likenesses will be shared without explicit written consent.
Commercial Projects
For commercial projects, the customer grants Pro-TechT permission to reference the business name, project type, and installed systems for promotional purposes. Media may be used to professionally showcase both Pro-TechT’s work and the customer’s business in a mutually beneficial manner.
General Terms
- Media will be used solely to showcase Pro-TechT’s completed work, system designs, and technical capabilities.
- Pro-TechT will not sell or license project imagery to unrelated third parties without additional consent.
- This authorization does not affect ownership of the property or installed equipment.
- No compensation is due to the customer for the use of approved images or media.
Image Removal Requests
Customers may request removal of specific images at any time by submitting a written request to Pro-TechT. Pro-TechT will make reasonable efforts to comply in a timely manner. Removal requests do not apply to materials already printed, published, or distributed prior to receipt of the request.
By approving this release, the customer acknowledges that such media use is a standard and reasonable part of Pro-TechT’s business operations and that appropriate care will be taken to respect personal privacy and confidentiality.
