We had Pro-Techt install a sound system around our pool and I just want to say how happy I am with their service! The sound around the pool is amazing, it provides another layer of enjoyment to our outdoor living area. Mike Allen came out to diagnose an issue we were having and got everything working properly. It is wonderful to be able to secure the services of someone or some company that always figures it out. My experience with Pro-Techt is that nothing is too complicated. It can always be fixed, and when they take on a job they make sure it works. I have used this organization since its beginning and have always been happy with their work. Also, they stand behind it. They make sure everything is operating. Now that I think about it, I think I started using its owner, John Mark Howell, some 20 years ago, I guess, before Pro-Techt was in existence. It is nice to have someone who responds to your needs quickly, and John Mark always has. As they say, I am a believer, and they are the ones I call when I need help. The Pro-TechT rep was very product knowledgeable and was a valuable resource providing recommendations for the specific features and supporting A/V technology I was interested in. I replaced my old audio/video system with a solution that is compatible with much of my existing A/V investment as well as providing integrated functionality to support new technologies and services I plan to add in n the future (home automation, security, WiSA, and 4K streaming, etc..) The OLED picture was even more incredible and impressive after the Pro-TechT rep customized the picture quality and audio settings for my theater room.

I have been working with Jeff and Matt at ProTechT for years. They initially set up my Control4 system probably 8 years ago. I have it servicing 8 TVs in my house and multiple rooms including outdoor patio, pool and sports court audio system. They also set up my security surveillance system. They recently added a new AppleTV and component and it's been a game changer for us. Would highly recommended them and especially the Control4 and Sonos combination.
