The people at Pro-TechT are true masters of their craft, Gavin is our go-to contact. I work in the real estate space and rely on them to upgrade aging home automation systems and design/install custom top of the line control systems in new build homes. We had Pro-Techt install a sound system around our pool and I just want to say how happy I am with their service! The sound around the pool is amazing, it provides another layer of enjoyment to our outdoor living area. Mike Allen came out to diagnose an issue we were having and got everything working properly. He was extremely helpful, and patiently answered all of our questions, directly and indirectly relating to the sound system. We had Keith out today and he installed some new speakers. It is wonderful to be able to secure the services of someone or some company that always figures it out. My experience with Pro-Techt is that nothing is too complicated. I have been working with Jeff and Matt at ProTechT for years. They initially set up my Control4 system probably 8 years ago. I have it servicing 8 TVs in my house and multiple rooms including outdoor patio, pool and sports court audio system. They also set up my security surveillance system. They recently added a new AppleTV and component and it's been a game changer for us. Would highly recommended them and especially the Control4 and Sonos combination.
